These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Granite Bastian Holdings LLC, doing business as MOD Fronts (“MOD Fronts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Informational use of the website
This website is provided for general informational purposes about our full-overlay cabinet front conversion services, including custom PET doors, drawer fronts, and professionally finished frames, and related services. Content may be updated or changed at any time without notice. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free.
Estimates are not final contracts
Any pricing, availability, timelines, or descriptions on this website, and any free in-home estimate we provide, are for planning purposes and do not constitute a binding offer or a final contract. Estimates may change based on in-person inspection, measurements, product selections, and other project details.
Separate project agreements control
If you engage MOD Fronts for a project, the specific terms of that work will be governed by a separate written agreement or order between you and MOD Fronts. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls for that project.
Products made by a manufacturing partner
MOD Fronts designs and coordinates custom cabinet door and drawer front projects. The custom doors and drawer fronts are made by a specialized third-party manufacturing partner in Denver. MOD Fronts does not manufacture the products itself.
Concept images and visualizations
Some images identified as “Concept” or “Concept visualization” are digitally generated or edited to illustrate possible cabinet-front transformations. They are not photographs of completed MOD Fronts projects, guarantees of results, or representations of exact color, texture, fit, layout, or performance. Actual results vary based on existing cabinetry, site conditions, selected materials, lighting, and installation scope.
Intellectual property
The website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — are owned by or licensed to MOD Fronts and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the website for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
User submissions
If you submit information or content to us through a form, email, or other means, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate. You grant us permission to use the information you submit to respond to you and provide services. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you are not authorized to share.
